Jewish Cookbook Social Club: Jeremy Salamon

Join us on Monday, April 20 for the first installment of the Jewish Cookbook Social Club! This month’s culinary voyage will explore Second Generation, an expansive cookbook of modernized Hungarian-Jewish delights by Jeremy Salamon, a James Beard-nominated chef and owner of the beloved Agi’s Counter in Brooklyn.

In Second Generation, traditional Hungarian classics are updated with a twenty-first-century point of view.
