At our Central Asian Jewish Kitchen, Dahlia will share her personal journey and deep connection to the region’s vibrant food culture, exploring how heritage, memory, and migration shape the dishes she cooks and the stories she tells. The evening will feature a live recipe demonstration, offering a behind-the-scenes look at one of her signature dishes. Guests will also enjoy a delicious nosh inspired by the flavors of Dahlia’s roots. 

Please note that this venue does not have an elevator and is up one flight of stairs. All food will be vegetarian, but will not be certified kosher.
